I posted on this sub on how I fixed my block for 3 years now. What you got to do is every time you want to talk, ***breathe in through YOUR MOUTH, then speak***. It opens up your airways and removes that block feeling in your chest. Try it out next time I’m sure it will work for you, it’s working for me, 3 years now :) So inhale through your mouth first, then speak.
