I stuttered horribly as a child and fortunately seemed to just grow out of it in my late teens/very early 20s (I actually moved into a sales career and am corporate now, actually hold NG meetings delivering pitches all the time with no issue). Every now again, very infrequently and unpredictably, I will occasionally still get hung up on a K or a D, and only at the beginning of a word.
