Is there anything that symbolizes stuttering to you?

Is there anything that symbolizes stuttering to you? I know this random, but I've been trying to think about what types of things symbolize stuttering to me. I've thought about an iceberg (blocks), or like a river that flows and then randomly break apart...like a speech pattern going so clearly and then out of nowhere hitting a block or dead end. Do any of you ever think of stuttering in this way, or have anything in your mind that represents your sutter?
