I know I have been there, here are things that has helped me 1. Do meditation, learn about it and it wil takes months but there will be a day where you're going out to the shop and you're not thinking about the word, you can't consiously do it, it will happen to you 2. Have something better to think, ask yourself, how can I spend time just thinking about words, I can do something better
