This goes different for everyone,and I don't want to try to trump your experience with my own. For me, I got to a point in my life where the negativity about my stutter outshone all of the positive things in my life. I overcome this by focusing less on the negativity around my stutter, and more on the other positive things in my life. Now I know that I'm **supposed** to feel _____ about my stutter, but I've honestly found the "tyranny of the positive" as oppressive as any of the negativity I've had around my stutter.
