French is my native language. Personally, I stutter almost never when I speak English orally (which is not my native language), so I guess there's a chance for you to stutter less too in french. For me, it's definitely because of the musicaly. When I speak English, I feel it's more groovy. I don't think there's a study about it, but for me, as a hypothesis, it's due to the musicality of the language. In my opinion, there is a lot more musicality in english than in french, but it's very propable that I think that bc I'm a native. So you may think the opposite. As you probably know, stutterer don't usually stutter when they sing. So I guess that if you find that french has good musicality, you'll tend to stutter less ? It's just a hypothesis 🧍‍♀️ I don't know if it's correct or not, just my opinion I don't know if what I say is clear or not (/ー ̄;)
