It’s okay! I think we feel more shame when we stutter around people that we usually feel comfortable with. But you shouldn’t feel shame about it. It’s apart you and so you should live unapologetically you! You can’t hide it forever so when it shows just work your way through it and if they question it then say exactly what it is. Explain the situation. Though regardless I’m sorry you feel this way. I know what that feels like and I only hope you learn to navigate these situations to avoid these negative emotions.
