I’m 29 and I still stutter Somedays I’m fluent.. and somedays.. i’m a hot mess. What I have learned is to have the, “ yeah I stuttered and so fucking what” mentality. Usually, when I do it i just keep a straight face and if they laugh, I would probably say something. Then just brush it off. When i’m alone though, I definitely cry 😂 what kind of helps me though is that no one is ever 100% fluent. Even non-stutterers have their days where they can barely talk
