Yea I have one somewhere deep in the white matter, not far from the speech center. neurologist was not very helpful. Just said it’s “old scar tissue” and that it’s up in the air if it’s effecting my speech or not. I had to deep dive on the internet wth having scar tissue meant in the brain because every other neurologist uses “lesion” instead as their terminology. Never got full answers about the mri results other than that, I requested a second opinion from a different neurologist but they rejected me “we don’t do second opinions”. Only place with neurologist in my city that my insurance covers btw.
