i hate hearing my video/ audio recording that i missed

i hate hearing my video/ audio recording that i missed most of my audio recordings for WhatsApp or telegram are in relaxed and understandable tone but i hate recording my stutter i hate that so much i hate hearing people trying to repeat my voice or mimic my words i wish that all vocal communication were forbidden
