I think disclosing that you stutter is a great idea! I know for me it takes a lot of pressure off to be fluent once people know I stutter and then I tend to communicate more effectively. It’s also less confusing for the listener if they know what’s going on. Maybe think of some ways that stuttering has motivated you or made you a better person- you could tie it into one of your answers during the interview. Stuttering can be something that makes you stand out in a positive way. Personally for me this is hard to do but I have friends who use it as a superpower and it is beautiful. As far as practical ‘stuttering less’ suggestions, sometimes looking at myself in a mirror when I talk helps. Listening to music without words on low volume (I like Tibetan sound bowl soundtracks) in the background while talking can help. Have someone do a mock interview with you and practice your responses if you can. Let us know how it goes!
