Thanks I think I am little better than before but for me the most stressful situation is when I have to give job interview face to face , most of the time I lose control over my fluency, thanks to pandemic now those interview is being conducted via Skype , this helps me alot with my anxiety. For us I think it is always a ongoing journey some days will be amazing some days we will not be our best
