Only this one time around 2 years ago that I went up to chill out upstairs in the arcade. I noticed the lift wasn't working so I panicked and thought to myself that I've got to ask someone where are the stairs for me to get back down. I see this guy approaching who was carrying a baby so I thought he'll be chill for me to ask. So there I go, I ask him "Excuse me, do you know where the s-s-s-s-stairs are?" He says it's just over there that he's also going down. He turns back to me and asks me "Do you s-s-s-stammer?" At first I thought he was definitely mocking me for sure but then he added on: "Because I do too." It really goes to show that there could be so many stutterers among us in public but it just takes a lot of reaching out but they still go about their day to day lives!
