When I said it's not helping anybody, I meant the overalt culture in stuttering communities. Be it this reddit sub, discord servers or FB groups. Every group is filled with PWS blaming everything on their stutter. I'm not saying I haven't. But my point is that if whatever you said was helpful, there'd be much more people who "overcame" their stuttering, but that isn't happening. Everytime someone asks if there's cure for stuttering, one person always come & say, "there's no cure, it's genetic" - but how do you know that it's true for everyone?
