It has the same active ingredient as Cipram. It was effective for OCD, but had a side effect of irritability and was ineffective for anxiety. If you have problems such as anxiety, you should use a drug from the benzodiazepine class. If it doesn't work, dopamine antagonists may help. I used to only use cipralex, it was effective for anxiety.
