I totally agree with you! I'm a 23 years old doing my masters, and in college I realized that the best way to improve my speech was to not avoid conversations, presentations ecc. Some days are bad, but I keep going. I know that my stutter is never gonna go away, so I accept it! It's part of my identity. This sub-reddit need more positivity! 😋
