I feel like I’m just like you! But my blocks are with certain words that start with vowels. For the most part I talk fine, I could talk through a conversation without really sounding like if I have a speech problem. But as soon as I start thinking about my blocks or if I know a certain word I can’t say is coming up in a sentence I kinda panic and make my block worse. For the most part I’m a calm/happy person I don’t really let me blocks get to me. But you’re doing so good. I just started doing pauses when I know I’m about to block and also breathing techniques to get help smooth my way out of my blocks like you do. For me I know a major problem could be my confidence. I have been having low self esteem lately and it’s been making my block much worse. When I feel confident I don’t block as much.
