That's good men! I'm 25, been stuttering my whole life and can say it f... sucks. But the one thing I can say to you, just keep doing it keep talkig, instead of texting someone call them, onstead your friend ordering food for you do it your self, I know how f...... hard it is but trust me, then more you go out of your comfort zone then easier it gets eventually.
