I think the best help, but also the most time consuming and hardest help is to accept it. to accept yourself WITH the stutter. seeing the enemy as a friend. many people have problems with accepting themselves, not only people with a stutter. but the stutter controls you if you show fear and weakness. imagine stuttering as an onion. yes, an onions. with many many layers. and the last layer, the inside, is the end boss. everything else are many small enemies you have to fight against before getting to the boss. and every small enemy will give you more strength. I know how it feels like to be at the bottom. and I know how long it takes to get to the core to fight the stutter. but when you start tomorrow and not now, your goal will be further away. and there are many ways to accept yourself. some help me but surely won't help you and the other way around. just find the best solution for you, be patient. good luck, I'm here for you :) the German-Russian stutterer
