How to not dwell on past stutters? Hello all. I have stuttered my entire life. My condition has improved to the point where I have a baseline level of fluency and I even have a career as an attorney. However, I still struggle with pretty significant word blocks and stutters throughout my days. I constantly beat myself up over these incidents and feel deep shame and embarrassment. Does anyone else experience this and if so how did you overcome these feelings?
