Light Contact of the lips, feel like you are easing your way into that first word. Don’t be aggressive or tight with your face. Think that you are a fairy and that you are enchanting a gnome with a handful of magic dust. You would open up your palm and gently blow that dust onto the worthy gnome. You would not trash air out at the dust as that would be ineffective. Shower the dust with your long, gentle, and light lipped breath.
