Experiences with medically induced coma?

Experiences with medically induced coma? About 2 summers ago I was put into a medically induced coma for about 40 hours. Upon waking up my stutter was 99.99% gone for about 4-5 months. I am curious if anyone else had been in a medically induced coma and gained fluency for a period of time afterwards? I am curious if the anesthesia or whatever else they used is the reason for this.
