Bell’s palsy

Bell’s palsy I’ve had a mild stutter my whole life. And now I was diagnosed with Bell’s palsy. Half my face is paralyzed making it even harder to speak without a stutter. I’m wondering if anyone else had this condition that can give me some tips to get my words out.
