I see what you are saying, but your post comes off as using your position as an "ex-stutterer" as somewhat of a qualification to help others achieve your state of now barely stuttering. Most likely the reason you barely stutter now has to do with the way you are wired. You didn't really do anything to help your stutter - you just got older and it subsided - and this is very common. But this unfortunately does not happen to everyone, and you really don't have any practical info to help someone for whom it does not subside.
