Did you disclose to the interviewers you have a stutter and just require a bit more patience and respect to articulate your sentences? It is really tough and I’ve also been on the same boat with constant interview rejections of overthinking if this was to do with my stutter but I can only trust that when I asked for feedback it was mainly to do with the typical lack of experience compared to other other candidates. To give you hope I finally was offered a job after a couple hard months of grinding and my manager admitted I was actually competing against 75 applicants, all of these who I assumed were fluent speakers but I was still able to be listened and heard with my enthusiasm shining despite my obvious stuttering but being able to disclose this to them put pressure off my shoulders. The right recruiter won’t make you feel insecure or break you about your stutter. Please don’t let it hold you back. If I allowed my stutter to hold me back I wouldn’t get a good enough shot for other different roles in the future. Your stutter might not ever go away but kindness and patience from your peers are at least long-term and the basic minimum you are entitled to. Stuttering has nothing to do with anybody’s intelligence and potential to offer.
