Do your family members take your stuttering seriously?

Do your family members take your stuttering seriously? My (15m) grandma (58f) doesn't take my stuttering seriously and always makes me go to in the car to ask them for Gas or to put money on my cash card and i fucking hate when she does it because I've told her millions of times that I can't say certain words and numbers and I have trouble with G's. But yet she still forces me to talk for gas or things in general she could do herself. And she acts like my dad speech problem isn't a big deal like bruh you don't know how it feels to not be able to communicate
