Supplements are only a bandaid, but I’ve found that while supplementing ashwaganda for the gym, my speech is more fluent as I care less about the emotional fear of stuttering. There are drawbacks to ash after taking it for an extended amount of time, but I would definitely try a month “cycle” of 800mg a day to see how it affects you. You can get it at any drugstore or Walmart.
