That means you, like me, don't have a speaking problem. You can speak fluently. It's the fact that speaking to other people makes you anxious/afraid, and that makes you stutter. My recommendation is that you stop focusing on your speech and focus on how you feel when speaking to other people (you might stay very stiff and tensed, how you breath, etc.) And compare it to when you speak fluently. This way you will learn to counteract what makes you stutter and you will become more fluent.
