I agree with u/lizislay Did you see a neurologist? Was imaging done? I hate to scare someone, but this sounds dangerous. If your doctor can't diagnose, tell them to refer you to someone who can. Any environmental or health changes? New home? New job? Recent illnesses? (e.g. covid) Illegal drug use? Be 100% honest with your doctor. If you withhold anything, you impair their ability to help you.
