"there isn't more you can do" What does that mean (again)? It's like, by the simple deed of talking, you're making an effort to talk. You're trying to do something. When you open your mouth (not you of course, anyone with a stutter), you're breaking the "there isn't more you can do". So what does it mean? Thanks for the answer and patience btw. It's well appreciated :)
