A few years ago, I put off calling my landlord to fix broken heat/hot water in dead of winter. I choose to spend 3 days wearing a coat inside and not showering to avoid the embarrassment. I’ve since learned a lot, and have been almost entirely fluent for over a year. No magic wands, money, or devices. Just some hard work. All of those tricks fail bc they were created to help ppl with other kinds of problems. You need to learn how fluent ppl talk. I think I’ve told you before.
