>**How to just talk without fixating on your stutter?** In order to stop fixating on your stutter, my suggestion is to view (say: perceive) speech errors like: hesitations, repetitions, mispronunciations, grammatical errors, regional accents, dialect differences, misused words - not as a **problem** or to be **avoided**. Because if we view them as a **problem** \- we will feel bothered by it creating strong emotions, if we create an **avoidance** mentality - we build anticipatory fear in order to see a stutter coming to prepare for a stutter. In short, accept your speech errors without reacting to them, let them go in your mind and continue.
