It really depends on what YOU are comfortable doing. If that means speaking more slowly and ‘controlled’ then go for it! I actually think this could help long term (possibly) with you’re overall fluency. It may help your muscle memory with pronouncing things which later on may cause you to stutter less when talking ‘normal.’ Just a theory though, I’m in no way, shape, or form a professional lol
