I spent almost 3 years in speech therapy before i had it under control. There’s god knows how many methods, practice, and tricks i use to keep it under control all the time. Sure, i lose my footing sometimes, in a tense situation or when i’m overexcited. But that’s okay, it’s a small slip up in an otherwise perfect speaking situation. I know i’ll never be 100% stutter free, but i’m already at a 80-85% position and that’s a lot for me! Don’t give up, please
