Low confidence, negativity, or anxiety often coexist with the stutter. They can exacerbate the stutter as well. I'm not saying OP is receiving placebo effect. Just that it was my first thought. If the supplements are helping the individual, it's hard to argue with the results. Supplements are generally targeted towards healthy lifestyles. As such, OP might consider making other healthy choices. I would encourage physical exercise. Exercise can release endorphins, which may also improve your fluency. Proper sleep as well. I would caution the OP two things. First, make sure you are aware of the "tolerable upper intake levels" for any vitamins, minerals, or supplements. Second, be aware that people can get a psychological addiction to supplements. The marketing hype for many supplements is crazy. I've known people that were taking fistfuls of supplements every day.
