Yes, is the short answer. I was interviewed by an investment banker at Barclay's Capital in 2012 working in the product M&A team who had a medium to high stutter. Investment banking, provided you are referring to corporate finance / M&A advisory, is not a field in which you need particularly strong verbal communication skills in any case (at least not in the first 3-4 years), so you needn't worry at all
