Damn brother i now how you feel. Im 28 too and in the same situation as you. Just dont give up and practice speaking when you're alone and of course continue to pursue lifes adventures. Do you stutter alone, reading a book, or singing?? If you dont then you gotta familiarize yourself with what your doing correctly when you speak fluently. I noticed that the more i try to speak the more physical pressure i put into my voice so i block harder. And when im alone talking to myself, or reading a book aloud i dont stutter block at all because im not trying to talk. If thats your case too, then I'd recommend practicing alone and familiarize yourself with the difference. If that makes sense. Good luck brother
