of course. for starters the only hard part is the beginning of the first few words; that's hard. when you are about to speak, start to pronounce the first syllable of the first word in your head ( it should not take more than one second ). for that will allow you to not get lost in your thoughts and will make the syllable come out easier ( you will have to do this along your first sentances ). another thing , i have noticed that when i get stuck(silent pause) i'm focusing on a whole word , a whole sentance or even the idea which is very wrong bcause there is no way you can pronounce a word all at once no ine can do that. instead when you get stuck zoom in on the syllable you are about to pronounce . And when you get stuck repeating a syllable or a part of a word first wake your self up , STOP , and say the word with a bit more concentration on the part you didn't say for the first part will be very easy to say since you repeated a few times. people are irrelevant . you can use "euuuu" to get the time to organise your thoughts. and you won't have to do these techniques for the rest of your life eventually they will become habits just like stuttering has become a habit ;)
