I have to talk a lot of customers in person and on the phone and I use it as an opportunity to try some anti-stuttering techniques. Of course talking all the time can get frustrating especially when you get a customer who wants me to explain everything to the last detail or an irritable customer where when talking to is just a lot worse since it's more uncomfortable.
