I don't know if this will help, but personally when i changed my view on stuttering it really helped me. I don't look at it like im cursed, its just an extra thing that i have to deal with. Try to accept it and not fight it, its part of who you are. Also don't make it stop you from hanging out with people or participating in class, i know its easier said than done i still struggle with those stuff to this day. But it's a mental process that takes time. So what if people look at you weird when you stutter try to not fucking care. Personally i stutter more when i first meet new people, however, as we go out more and more i realize that i don't think about the stuttering moments as i used to and my friends would just not dwell on it. You should really try going to speech therapy if you can, it is helping me accept it more and thus care less about stuttering and in turn stutter less.
