I also block on my name. I feel like it’s effected my life so much. I have extreme anxiety when I know I’m going to have to say my name. I got a necklace that says my name on it and sometimes I feel like knowing I’m wearing it gives me some extra confidence for some reason ? Like a support blanket type thing idk
