I don't really see an issue. Of course it's hurtful and embarrassing to us who stutter but it's so natural. When something out of the ordinary happens unexpectedly, it's funny. People laugh at people getting hurt fucksake. A little chuckle over a stutter isn't all too bad imo. Its completely different when it's a full blown laugh or they begin to ridicule you over it.
