True so this is what worked for me - learn the distortions, there’s 17 of them, learn hyper intention and paradoxical intention and combine those 3 things using Ellen Marie Silverman’s book on stopping stuttering (basically u meditate very consciously about all those thoughts and feelings and then u release them and u practice over and over and over - if you find urself extremely overwhelmed because u will, it is very hard to accept bobbles in ur speech even when ur fluent… then simply put on a body scan meditation and become super super relaxed - I used to do that everyday before class in university and it really helped my speech; so did working out/stretching in the morning)
