First I emailed my local community rehabilitation. They didn't offer any adult speech therapy sessions, so I had book an appointment at my local GP and they then referred me to a speech therapist. I had been to speech therapy as a kid so it was already on my record. At the GP, we just spoke about what type of stutter I had.
