The fact that alcohol helps you shows that you have the potential to speak more fluently. Alcohol seems to make you more carefree and helps to keep you calm. You are probably holding yourself back by being nervous all the time so what I would recommend is jusr try to accept that you stutter and try to keep yourself calm and face your fears by socializing more. I know it might sound difficult but you have to put in the work if you want to be better. I used to stutter severely as well but after I stopped being so nervous and jittery and started socializing more, my stutter is nearly unnoticeable. If it works for me it can work for u too. 🙏
