Take it from a 49 yr old, for me (I can only speak for myself), I tried it along with Zyprexa, Lexapro. Etc....I didn't like the feeling of being like a zombie. Find a good speech language Pathologist and learn techniques to improve fluency. I use diaphragmatic breathing (Google it) and I don't focus on it anymore. I focus on living and my stutter has decreased. If I have a block, oh well, life goes on. I practice my breathing and move on. My fluency is 85% and I'm happy with that.
