try to manuiplate your breathe if you feel that you're getting swept away with stress i can totally relate to my mouth being wired shut due to an enmorous berage of nerves it doesn't eliminate it compeletely but it's a great tool in keeping the mind on the straight and narrow path and away from panicking about messing up your words.
