To keep it short, stuttering is the source of a lot anxiety and problems. I don't think calling what's effectively a mild to severe disability attractive makes sense. It isn't a trait like an accent or a dimple or something. It's a problem that can severely affect someone's life. I think the best route (for most people) is to accept it, not praise it. You mean well, but it's probably not the best way to talk about stuttering. I know that I personally would be confused if someone called my stutter attractive because I know that it's only been a drag on my life.
