Keep in mind they occasionally let out a repetition but it sounds like how when non stutters do it. I think my main issue is I get so caught up on the imperfections of my speech that I try to talk 100% perfect. I noticed a lot of people say “ uhhh, or like “ or even just repeat certain words.
