Stutters - in my experience - ebb and flow. It’ll be better for a couple weeks and then worsen and suddenly get better again. Sometimes it’s stress-related, maybe the quarantine has gotten to you a bit? Regardless, the best thing I can do when it worsens is to try to “ignore” or not worry about it. Easier said than done, but worrying about it can make it worse. Go with the flow, accept that there will be good days and bad days. Be kind to yourself on bad days and relish in the good ones.
